The Snow Leopard is a tier 9 Arctic animal in Mope.io and equivalent to the Cheetah, Gorilla, Toucan, Pufferfish and Rattlesnake.
Technical[]
- Upgrades from the Cobra, Giraffe Stingray, Walrus or Snowy Owl at 40K XP.
- Upgrades to the Wolf, Swordfish, Pelican, Bear, Tiger, Gobi Bear or Hyena at 60K XP.
- It has a special ability that gives it a speed boost. By pressing
W, the Snow Leopard will increase in speed for a second. This has an 8 second reload. The Snow Leopard can also climb on trees. - Can hide in Berry Bushes and Plankton Bushes.
- The Snow Leopard can eat all foods except Conch shells, Clams, cacti, Aloevera and large Meat, and eat all animals below it to the Penguin tier.
- Can be eaten by all animals above it from Wolf tier.
Appearance[]
The Snow Leopard has a furry gray circular body with 20 gray horse-shoe spots all over it. The group of spots around its head are smaller than the ones on its torso. It looks exactly like the Cheetah, except for the white pelt. It also has a stumpy tail. It has a small white snout with a black button nose and two gray fluffy ears. On its snout, freckles can be seen where its whiskers sprout out.
Gold-Trimmed Snow Leopard[]
The Gold Trimmed Snow Leopard is ever so slightly smaller. Its spots, muzzle, ears, and tail tip are golden. It additionally has a lighter ring of gold under its eyes.
Frostaline[]
The Frostaline is an intricate blue animal with swathes of blue shades on its body. It has a dark patch near the head. Its head is much paler with thick blue eyebrows, a ridge down the center, and purple inner ears. Two light purple tufts of fur stick out beside its snout. The Frostaline's tail is short with a darker tip. The entire animal is rather fuzzy.
Coral Queen[]
The Coral Queen has an aqua blue body with sea green edges and head. Lacking fur, the center of its body is green striped with darker blue squiggly lines. Its eyes are larger and further apart. They are dark green dotted by lighter highlights. Owing to its name, the Coral Queen has coral protrusions in various colors on its body, most noticeably having large purple tube coral on the back. Its tail is a short portion of tube coral.
Martian Leopard[]
The Martian Leopard is emerald green with darker sides and no fur. Its head is lime green and has slightly triangular moss green eyes. The snout is tipped with a heart-shaped nose. An antennae can be seen ending in a wider circular tip. Its head has a small glass covering like a helmet, and its tail is a green tesla coil.
Oldest/Legacy[]
The oldest Snow Leopard is light gray with darker semi-circles for ears. It has a small snout with a dot for a nose. Its body has many small circles scattered throughout, and its long tail has a fade to black at the tip.
Strategy[]
Upgrading[]
- The Snow Leopard, like the Cheetah and Reindeer, is slightly faster than most of the animals. Although the slight speed is usually unnoticeable, getting to places is easy since you have some extra speed.
- When chasing prey, use your speed boost by pressing W when the animal is going on a straight path. If you use it properly, then you will be able to quickly eat your prey. If you wishing to tail-bite a Yeti or something higher up on the food-chain, go for the tail when it's a good time (for example when it's on low health, or distracted by other animals).
- If there aren't any animals to eat, find and eat Arctic Nuts and Pears. You could also go to a Lake, and eat red mushrooms and any variants of Duck that are there. Using your boost, you can catch up to the ducks when they run away. Try to eat geese, as they will try attack you, but will die in three hits, making it an easy meal.
- Watch out for greedy predators at the lake, as they will most probably try hog the lake's food for themselves. Just team or go to another lake.
Escaping[]
- When escaping from predators, the Snow Leopard is extremely fast when boosting on ice! Even though it doesn't have good grip, if you use your boost powerup when about to approach an ice patch, you'll go sliding at a ludicrous speed!
- Just remember you can't take turns very well there, so don't go sliding into a dead end or at all when not using your ability.

Trivia[]
- It is one of the only three Arctic animals to have been switched around alongside Wolf and Walrus and it was changed from Cheetah or Stingray to Lion, Gorilla, or Pufferfish.
- Like the Bear and the Polar Bear, It is one tier higher than the Cheetah, despite having the same ability.
- The oldest version of the Snow Leopard looks exactly the same as its "older" appearance, but without ears, and more dots.
